Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the timepiece you wish to return or exchange.
Package Securely
Place the watch back in its original presentation box with all manuals, warranty cards, and protective films intact to ensure a full refund.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid insured shipping label provided via email and affix it to the outside of your shipping carton, ensuring all previous labels are removed.
Inspection and Refund
Once our horologists verify the condition of the watch, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
